Best free file recovery software 2019

At some point most people learn the hard way the importance of backups. Chances are you already have something set up, perhaps using a cloud-based program such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or Microsoft's OneDrive. You might have everything routinely saved to a USB stick or to an external hard drive as well. You might even have all three in play. However, while syncing files and folders across multiple devices makes it easy to save them, it unfortunately also makes it easy to delete them by accident. Trying to organize and rearrange folders is a great way to accidentally misplace an important file, only to realize what happened too late. This is where file recovery software can come into their own, and while there are some expensive paid plans, we're going to list the best of the free file recovery software here. However, the caveat is that these are never going to be as powerful as the more expensive versions and are intended for situations which only require an easy recovery. ...

Fast charging tipped to be one of the key features of the Samsung Galaxy A90

What will Samsung bring to the phone market with the Galaxy A90 series ? Fast charging and 5G, if we can believe a listing that has popped up on Samsung's Hungarian site. The listing is actually for a fast 45W charger for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus , but if you look close enough you'll see that it says 45W charging is supported on the Galaxy A91, and that 25W charging is supported on the Galaxy A90 5G. Sounds like we can expect two new phones in the near future then. We'd already heard a few whispers about the upcoming A90 – like the lack of a pop-up, rotating camera – but this makes their existence (almost) official. Find the best Samsung phone Don't weaponize your drones New renders of the OnePlus 7T The phones are expected to act as follow-ups to the Samsung Galaxy A80 , which did have a pop-up, rotating camera as one of its selling points. It seems as though the replacements might be a bit more... well... normal. Charge of the fast briga...

Unofficial 'dummy' model videos show off what to expect from the iPhone 11

We're definitely in iPhone 11 leaks season now – with the official launch just two or three weeks away, we've got plenty of rumors and speculation floating around the web... as well as a new video showing dummy models of the iPhone 11. The phones you see in the ConceptsiPhone video below aren't real iPhones, but they're mocked up dummies based on everything that's leaked out so far. They should be pretty close to the real deal. According to BGR , the dummy models make a few mistakes: they don't use the updated round toggle for the mute switch, and the area around the camera lenses isn't color-matched to the rest of the back. News on the iPhone 11 screen Google Photos gets an upgrade What to expect from Disney Plus We get to look at the phone in white and rose gold versions, and there's also a shot of what an iPhone 11 case might look like – with that updated rear camera, you're not going to be able to use your existing ca...

Netflix and chill: how the streaming service could make TV social again

If you’re using Netflix , Amazon Prime Video, Hulu or similar TV streaming services regularly, you’ll likely have felt the tussle between different media competing for your all-important television time. Even if you stick largely to one TV platform, there’s then a whole news cycle around the show to keep track of and contribute to – not to mention the friends and colleagues you message about your new favorite – or least favorite – shows. It’s no wonder some of us end up doubling up: texting and tweeting mid-episode, sharing videos of ourselves on the couch to Instagram, posting comments on every YouTube video we watch, and trying to stay as social as possible while being held hostage by various screens. For Netflix in particular – a platform so associated with millennials hanging out that “Netflix and chill” has its own Wikipedia page – it’s highly possible we’ll see more built-in social fea...
